Kickboxing at Champions Factory
At Champions-Factory Holland in Amstelveen we offer kickboxing training, our trainings include a variation of technique, conditioning and the implementation of the learned techniques in practice by sparring. Our classes are for everyone, young and old and even if you have never trained before! Our kickboxing trainings are given by Artur Mariano, a respected member of the muay thai world and also vice president of the world muay thai federation (WMF).
Our kickboxing training
Our group Kickboxing / Muay Thai classes for adults take place on Mondays at 6:00 PM and Wednesdays at 7:00 PM.
Our Kickboxing / Muay Thai group training for children takes place on Tuesdays at 4:00 PM and Fridays at 4:00 PM.
Each training lasts one hour and contains several parts. Our Kickboxing and Muay Thai classes take place at Maalderij 21c in Amstelveen. In addition to technique, condition is also a very important part of training. That is why we regularly exchange parts during training sessions. A training consists of, among other things: a circuit to build up fitness, performing combinations on the bag, practicing combinations on Thai pads, sparring and a conclusion in which the abs go into depth.
What is Champions-Factory Holland?
Champions Factory Holland is the first Champions Factory location opened in Europe and is located in Amstelveen. Internationally, Champions Factory has had many successes and has won 9 world titles at various major international tournaments. With a total of 14 gyms worldwide, it is now also possible to learn kickboxing in Amstelveen under the guidance of Artur Mariano.
What do I need to start kickboxing?
To start kickboxing at Champions Factory in Amstelveen, you don’t need anything for the first few lessons! You can come and try out a training without any obligation. If you decide to join our gym and come to train kickboxing in Amstelveen you will need a pair of gloves, shin guards and hand wraps to participate in the training. When you become a member you will also receive a Champions-Factory uniform from us, it is the intention that everyone wears the outfit during training. All necessary items are available at the gym where you can try them on first!
