What we collect
When you send one of the forms on this website (contact, membership enquiry or Founding Member enquiry) we receive the data you type into it:
- Name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- Age, and for a child registration, the child's first name and age, entered by a parent or legal guardian
- What you tell us about your training goal or question
- Which page and campaign link you arrived from, so we know which channel brought you here
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and to contact you about training, membership and the opening of the gym. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
Children
Registrations for anyone under 16 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who gives consent on the child's behalf. We only ask for the child's first name and age.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a member, in which case your data is kept as part of the membership administration for as long as the law requires.
Where it is stored
On our own server in the European Union, reachable only by the Champions Factory Holland team through a password protected administration panel. Email notifications are delivered through our email provider.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@championsfactory-holland.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
